Office History
We moved into our new office in April 1999 after extensive planning for our current and future needs. The building serves 25 agent stations with the latest in computer and high-speed internet capabilities. Multiple conference areas are also linked by local area networking, making it possible to offer visitors and clients the same quality access to internet and data services.
Market Profile
The Port Townsend and Port Ludlow area offices are fully cooperative in the marking of our combined inventory of listings. The Port Townsend office's primary service area is centered in Port Townsend and includes Cape George and other communities on the East side of Discovery Bay and the communities of Kala Point, Port Hadlock and Marrowstone Island to the East and South. The area encompasses many miles of prime waterfront and waterview properties. Clients may find attractive properties situated in either the small town setting of Port Townsend, or the more rural areas located just a few miles out of town.
