The Company has been serving real estate clients in Eastern Jefferson County since 1976 when it established its first office in the historic downtown Port Townsend area. The Company became a Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliate in 1982, and in 1992, we opened our second office in the central Port Ludlow area. We recently moved into our new Port Townsend office to accommodate company growth and to better serve the needs of our clientele. The new office is fully equipped with a high speed intranet and communications/data system. The system is designed to accommodate the needs of clients who are becoming increasingly sophisticated in the use of intranet and E-Commerce options to access real estate information and to sharpen their buying options.

As we have moved into "high tech" real estate, we have discovered how important it is that we offer agents the necessary support and training to make the transition. In the information age, we must be prepared to put accurate and timely information in the hands of our clients upon demand. Our agents are computer and internet savvy and, most importantly, are trained and equipped to respond courteously and quickly to a wide range of questions that go beyond the basic information to be found on an information sheet or on an internet web-site.

We strongly support a consultative role in which the agent is ready to offer information, perspective and advice that help the buyer or the seller make the very best possible choices.

The Company is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is committed to its code of ethics and to maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical practice. We maintain cooperation with fellow Realtors through the local East Jefferson County Multiple Listing Service, and also list our Seller's properties in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service through membership in the Washington Information Network (WIN). In addition, our listings appear on the National Coldwell Banker web-site, Coldwell Banker Online; the Realtor's national web-site, Realtor.com; and Microsoft's HomeAdvisor.com.
