Office History
In May 1993, the company located its second office in the center of the Port Ludlow commercial area at the intersection of Oak Bay and Paradise Bay roads. Our agents cooperate fully with Port Ludlow resort property brokers and agents in the sale of new home properties as well as providing interested clients with information concerning resale homes in the resort and adjacent areas. Properties listed for sale in both the Port Townsend and Port Ludlow offices are transmitted to the Northwest MLS website as well as to Realtor.com, Microsoft's Home Advisor, Coldwell Banker's International, "CB Online" site and Cendant's International website, "Move.com".
Market Profile
The office's service area includes new and resale homes within the Port Ludlow development, and extends to Port Hadlock, Marrowstone Island and Oak Bay Road to the North and the communities of Paradise Bay, Shine, Quilcene to the South. The Port Ludlow area is one of the most attractive residential/resort communities in the Pacific Northwest.
